Notes

Pleasant, mostly easy run. Slowed pace a bit given tough workouts two days before. Picked up pace from 18th Street with Mike to stretch legs and felt remarkably good. No oddness in left ankle. Everything else feeling pretty good. Have been doing 100 inverted sit-ups at end of many workouts for core strength.
