COMMENTS: 5 x 400 in 1:22, 1:20, 1:17, 1:19, 1:22. Decent rest in between. Wanted to focus on speed, stride and turnover considering did more of a tempo run the day before. Felt pretty good. Last interval felt relatively easy until picked up the pace last 200m.
