Notes

Easy 50 min warmup on Emmaus streets. Then did 4 x 30 sec hills and 5 x 4 min hills on 5th Street in Emmaus. Then cool down. Tough last two repeats on hill. Sue Y. pushed me on last one. Need to continue to do "one more" to get stronger than usual. Some pain in left ankle mid-run. Nothing major.
