Notes

Warmed up with 1.5, then did 400-300-200-100 with equal rest. All faster than 5k pace. Last 400 in 1:21 and felt strong. Felt a lot better than last week. Light feet, good turnover, good power. Cooled with 1200 m easy. Good workout to work on speed of legs.
