COMMENTS: About five miles running past Navy Pier, to Aquarium ... back to Lexon Suites, then 16 minutes on eliptical. Very little discomfort in foot ... and it improved during the day. Much looser and more comfortable when walking. Doing theraband with ankle 2-3x daily.
