COMMENTS: Strong race overall. Finished 35th overall, 5th in age. Splits of 6:54, 6:56, 6:57, 7:16, 6:59, (35:02) 6:52,: 6:43, 6:36, 7:15, 6:26 (33:55). Nice negative splits. Finished strong. Felt like I had a little more. Need to push more, but very happy about effort today.
