COMMENTS: Wind WNW 10-15+. 5 x 1200, with last 400-600 at 5k pace. 5:05, 4:46, 4:47, 4:32, 4:37. Really pushed last couple and held on well. Ran with Merrilee and Andrew. Warmed with 1.5, cooled with .5. 400m jog to recover. Great workout overall.
