COMMENTS: Beautiful morning in Parkway. Fishermen out. Strong during entire run, even extra to Oakmont and back at end to get to 2:50. Tired afterward, but not awful. Ran with Karen/Missy for a bit in LP, then with Lisa in CB/Rose Garden area. Some nipple abrasion near end. Minor knots in calves, but did not impair stride or ability to run.
