COMMENTS: Humid - dewpoint about 68. Went with Steve Gerhard's group. About 7:50 pace out, 7:30 pace back. Tired, but good run. No pain in right hip or elsewhere. Other runners: Michell, Steve, Bob, Katie. Rode there and back.
