Notes

Evil Eva route with run to TP and back around GC. Slow pace to start, then 15 minute tempo at 6:30 or so, slow, then finish with 6-7 min @ 6:20 pace or so. Friction in rt shoe hurt a bit. Hamstrings tight and sore from weights on Friday. Need to relax later in day to recover.
