Why do I run:
in August of 2011, I discovered that running was an effective treatment for depression for me. I learned something else. I discovered that I was depressed. That may sound absurdly obvious, but to me it was profound. |
Why I started running:
I can thank/blame runDisney for my interest in running as the desire to run an untimed 5k through Disneyland in January of 2012 got me off the couch. From there, I kept on running. |
