Easy WFG w/ 5x1min on/off
Easy first 6 miles and then was going to do 10x1min on/off but just couldnt get my left hip to loosen up. I wasnt in pain and my stride didnt feel super awkward but I just had a little hitch and couldn't get it to go so called it after 5 reps. 4xmedium-hard strides afterward-felt a little better on these
