5 mile tempo + 1 mi. jog

O/b route from home. Felt tired today at work so didnt get out the door right away when I got home and really fought some ANTS trying to get me to stay inside. Finally got out there and the legs felt mcdecent. Got moving by the 2nd mile and basically kept the effort there until the 5th mile. Started to go a little anaerobic with the gradual incline but still neg-splitted each mile. Stopped briefly at 5miles and then jogged back home to switch shoes
