1/2mile (2:07), 2x up/downs, 1/2mile (2:10)
Switched into my 5280s and got right back out the door no dilly dally. Did a stride and then got into it. First half mile I felt good to start but really started to tighten up the last part. Ended up at 2:07 which was faster than i figured for the first one. I jogged really easy from springhill to springhill and back and then went straight into 2 hard up/downs on mini sting. The 2nd one I really went after and basically went all out. Jogged back down the hill, did the same springhill to springhill and back, and then jumped into the 2nd half mile. I tried building through this one more and really felt like I was going faster at the end but ended up a couple seconds slower in 2:10. Pretty happy with all of this though because it's like 15 degrees out and on the tempo I got my HR above 200 so i wasnt "fresh". I should be opened up for the mile on friday after this
