1.5 mile CD on the shelf

accidentally did this in GPS mode so the pace is all funky on the splits since my watch only gave me 1.19 miles. i did 9 laps clockwise on the shelf to balance out a bit from the intervals. legs felt mcdecent. definitely a little tired but not too sore and i dont feel any adverse effects from running fast or the sharp turns
