Four lakes asskickery w/ Marisa
Light progressive WU to the hill and 6 x alternating hard up/hard down with easy up/easy down the hill. A little bit of jog until we got back out to green trails and then 6x 2min on/1min off fartlek. CD the rest of the way to hit 13 miles. Glad to join her and help her get prepared for the rolling hills in Atlanta
