4x400 inside res w/ 2min standing rest after the east 6+ miles outside. res was a madhouse so had to go around people several times which didnt really help my cause since i didnt feel particularly great running this fast. But it's been a while since i've done strides, let alone faster repeats, so in all honestly it probably actually a really good starting point. It would have been nice to do these in lane 6 instead of lane 1 but i didnt trust the different people around the track to not get in the way and lane 1 will be more specific towards the effort on saturday.
