Wheaton Global Running Day fun run
doubling back after work from Wheaton NRC. big group tonight and weather was pretty nice. started slower but ended up picking it up throughout after the turnaround and it was a decent group of all NCC alum. added on a couple miles with nick and yonny afterward to hit 7. solid run overall despite my stomach feeling super gassy. 4xmedium hard strides afterward
