Night run w/ Spontaneous KOM attempt
Was tired after work so napped for a couple hours. Finally got myself out the door with no intention to go longer than 2-3 miles easy but ended up feeling smooth so decided after a mile or so to try to take the Monticello to milton segment. Went for it and really felt good! Legs felt opened up, I felt smooth running fast, and had no pain or tightness going fast downhill. Had I planned on going for this ahead of time I would've worn the peg turbos so that I didnt have to share the CR w/ Tim but I'll take it outright at a later date. Breathing wasnt really heavy when I finished the segment but still "cooled down" another 2 miles through the neighborhood.
