4 x 1200. The first one was way too slow and the second one was too fast: 5:23, 5:03, 5:06, 5:07. These felt pretty good and I wanted to do another 1200 but coach told me my form was breaking down. :-( Didn't feel like I got as good of a workout as I wanted.
