First loop: 35:05 (8:35/mile), second loop :33:37 (8:14/mile), third loop: 33:26 (8:11/mile), fourth loop: 33:00 (8:05/mile), fifth loop: 32:33 (7:58/mile). Nice buildup with no crazy exhaustion. I was not even trying to do buildup. Just went with the feeling.
