Why do I run: Three reasons:
1) Being outside with nature and the elements beats the heck out of an eliptical machine
2) The challange of pushing myself a little more each week/month. Can I finish the last 2 mi quicker than last week?
3) I can eat dessert in good conscience knowing that I burned 1200 calories earlier. |
