18 miles with 14 miles at marathon pace
2 miles warmup @ 5.6 mph, 14 miles @ 6.6 mph, 2 miles cooldown @ 5.6 mph. Ran on treadmill because of negative temperatures outside. Set treadmill to 9:05 pace because I generally need to be more conservative with pace on the treadmill vs. outside, where previous long tempos have been at an ~8:40 pace - only need a 9:05 pace for marathon goal anyway
