About me: I used to run a lot when I was a teenager holding a PB of 1:59 at 800m and easily running half marathon distances. Those days are gone though. I'm currently trying to re-capture something like that fitness. |
Why do I run: To keep fit and healthy and be able to eat whatever I want to eat! |
Why I started running: I wanted to do the 3 peaks challenge in the UK and thought I needed to be fitter for it. I also want to lose a few pounds so what better way? As part of preparation for the 3 peaks I entered myself into an event called Hellrunner. A 12 mile cross country event in Cheshire, UK. Loved it! Next is the London Marathon! |
