Run 9, walk 1 for first 13 miles, shift to run 4, walk 1 through 20 miles at which point quads were trashed, right ankle slightly sore and mild pain in right hip. Shuffled when I could and walked when soreness and pain started getting worse. Still right on 12:00 pace at 11 miles, reached 20 miles in about 4:08:55. At one point thought 6:50 might be out of reach, but I was able to run a little more and a little faster over the last 3-4 miles and walk a little less.
