About me:
I am a grandmother of 12 grandchildren. I have 4 children, 3 sons and 1 daughter. I run my first 5K on Sept. 28 (Race For The Cure) and my time was 31.38. I was pleased that I had achieved this goal, just to run a 5K. |
Why do I run:
I want to maintain my weight and stay healthy. |
Why I started running:
The encouragement of a very good friend and after being widowed, it helped so much with my emotions. |
