4:49.06 Masters Mile at Adidas Boost Boston Track Games, Dilroy Stadium in Somerville. Age grade 84.65%. Amazing experience and meet. Ran according to plan, picking up intensity each lap & enjoying the opportunity. By myself in between the front pack and the 2nd pack laps 2 3 4. Crowds were awesome. Watching the other events were awesome. Saw the fastest 5000 this year 12:59. Saw Kate Murphy in the high school 1500 run 407 for the 3rd fastest HS time ever + qualify for Trials. Saw the mens 1500 where 14 guys were sub-4mile pace. etc etc.
