Dreadmill

Notes

Ran on the dreadmill at conference. Did a lot of hill work, including steady state, by cranking The Mill up to its highest level, 15% grade. Did the up and down thing for the entire run. Watched "Reverse of the Curse of the Bambino" on HBO to get through it!
