Notes
Got nauseated a little over halfway through the run. Had taken an S-cap at some point (when?), then ended up taking a second and half a nausea pill. By that time, I was through a large bottle of fluids. Took about 15-20 minutes for both to kick in before nausea subsided. Then ended up feeling bloated. 3 hrs after run is over, I'm still feeling bloated.
During run, took in 6 fig newtons, 3/4 of a Mojo Clif bar, drank a little less than 48 oz of fluids.
