Was supposed to run Miles 3 and 5 "solid." Screwed up and ran Mile 4 solid, which left me unable to run Mile 5 or 6 solid.
Regardless, I definitely ran Mile 4 too hard. Didn't realize I had the lap pace option showing on the face of my Garmin or I would've watched it and worker harder on staying in the 9:15 range. I was having a hard time keeping up whatever pace I started with.
