Ran by perceived exertion to keep it easy given my legs got a little thrashed the day before. Worked well. I hadn't been able to stretch the day before. Did regular stretching after this run.

Was over in Seattle to pick up the pieces of Elisabeth trying to commit suicide Monday evening. Drove over on Tuesday so I wasn't able to do the planned speed work. Didn't sleep well at all on Tuesday night. I stayed with Susan and David - bed was strange, I was exhausted, and was worried about Elisabeth. Carol stayed with her. So training this week is all long - slow - distance!
