Tunnel Light marathon! Didn't run as well as I'd hoped. This was partly a test of using the run less, run faster training. My groin has been sore, right side especially. It was very sore at about 10 or 11 miles. Walked to take a gel, felt better after walking. At 12 or 13 miles started walking more - every mile or so. A fellow named Scott Coe started running with me at about 13 miles or so and we ran the rest of the way together with walk breaks. He is General Manager of Emerald PUD near Eugene, OR.
