When I started right leg was feeling a little weak. Was ok once I got warmed up. The 1 minute intervals felt good - around 80% effort. Ran them comfortably fast. After the first couple of them didn't worry about the pace - just kept it comfortable and tried to keep it even. Did stretching after.
