Right hip abductor / groin was a little stiff and sore at the start. Loosened up and was feeling ok by 2 miles or so. Left hip and hamstring a little tight and sore too. Gina worked them over during my massage yesterday. Did the High Intensity strength training catchup session. It was challenging, but fine. Stretching after running - 5x:30 on calves, :30 others except 1:00 on hamstrings.
