Legs were still a bit tight this afternoon. Weather seemed fairly nice being mid-30s again finally. Ran the bike path to 87th and back. Most of the path was fairly clear of ice and snow with a mile stretch or so with some issues. Made it halfway in 23:30 and then ended up adding on my cookie extension to make the run a bit more than 7 at the end. The minute pick-ups in succession were tougher than most of my runs lately but nothing out of control. Felt better to run that pace than to try to take it so easy.
