Notes
Legs struggled a bit more than hoped today. Footing wasn't super fast and legs just didn't feel as bouncy as last week. Still had a good workout and the varsity guys dropped a mean workout today as well. Wanted to drop time each interval but felt terrible and not recovered on the 3rd one. Got my head back in it on the last one and rebounded to stay tough when it was hurting. Outside of some mud and soft grass, weather was nice and another pretty solid workout.
