Ended up being quite a bit quicker than I thought we ran or expected. Felt decent for about halfway before Spain dropped the hammer and Diz and Lancaster went with. I ran alone between packs for the next 2 miles or so before kicking up to that front pack near the end. Strong run for not feeling too fast and working my way up.
