Notes
Race was tough today. Legs didn't even feel great the first mile, then felt rough in the middle. Pace was slower than expected for mile one, then just ran even most of the race, off and on with Taco. Was the competition I expected but slower and more painful than I had envisioned. Just didn't have any pop today. Splits were 5:05, 5:04, 5:06, 5:11, 4:46. Last mile was very tough and then puked a ton at the end. Glad I was able to pull the W off today but trying to drop him the last mile was tough but glad to get a win while not feeling good. Rough race today.
