Legs felt decent today which is nice after not getting enough sleep last night. The sunshine definitely warmed things up and allowed me to drop a layer at the store not even halfway into the run. Ran from the apartment on extended cress creek, over around Benhke's house, down past Lincoln Park, around the back neighborhoods up to Charles, down prairie to white oak, and then headed home via columbia to iroquois to washington. Averaged 6:46 pace the first 90 minutes then had to close it off strong the last 15. Made it 2.7 miles in the last 15 minutes averaging 5:35 pace. Definitely was starting to feel it at the end of the run but a solid effort overall.
