Notes

Legs felt smooth and easy on the cool-down on the treadmill today. Felt very easy after going 5 minute pace for the whole tempo. Slowly built through the cool-down because the legs still felt pretty good. Finished up and did some medicine ball abs, then some quick bench, curls, and triceps before a quick stretch and heading to work.
