This portion of the workout went as well as I could've hoped for. Just got some drills and loosening up before I started. Pace was alright, a little slower than hoped on the mile, especially early. Gradually picked it up a bit. Definitely don't have a top end or ability to get there at all currently but hopefully that will come. All in all, glad the foot felt as good as it did during the intervals.
