Notes
An attempt at a rabbit job today. Didn't do a very good job as legs didn't have too much to offer today. Weather was a bit steamy, felt good for me but not ideal for quick times out of tired guys tonight. Tried to keep the first lap more relaxed so we didn't get out of control, came through in 69, then a 67 for 2:16ish. Settled in and came through the mile in 4:36, a touch off of pace. Got passed halfway through this next lap and bumped back to 5th. Got super pissed that this was happening and made a last ditch effort to at least keep the pace honest till I dropped out by surging back up be next to the leader. Made it through 6 laps and stepped off. Not a good day for me, and Brady's legs were not quite there today either. Kerley and Klein fought hard at least with Klein falling off the last lap or two and Mitch had a rough day not quite indicative of where he was at either. Looking forward to more positive momentum the next couple weeks.
