Notes

Did a nice building Prairie warm-up in 11:55, a bit longer than the normal 2 mile route. Did all my drills and stretching on the track before the workout. Then cool-down was a 3 mile heading to my house and back with Pennington followed by a mile on the track, with the last 2 laps striding straights and jogging curves. A pretty solid workout day despite not hitting little red today.
