Legs felt so-so today. Kept the pace fairly slow on most of it but had a very hilly route on the treadmill tonight. Ended up getting pretty challenging and I was sweating my balls off. Calmed it down a little right before the pick-ups. The last 15 minutes were 1 min on, 1 min off, flipping between 5 minute pace and 7 minute pace. Legs didn't feel nearly as bouncy on the pick-ups as the last run on the treadmill I did. Probably should've gone a bit easier today to get more recovery. Once I got done, I went downstairs to do my form drills and band drills, then came back up to the weight room for my medicine ball routine with squats, lunges, and abs. Put the squat jumps and upper body lifting until tomorrow. A solid 2-3 hours of working out this afternoon.
