Notes

Legs felt strong and smooth for about 2 miles. Definitely got myself out there a bit too hard and heat without shade and water definitely made it a tough run. Kept pushing through Nike Park despite feeling terrible. Finally stopped for a minute or two the catch my breathe so I could finish the run. Then continued back with the route onto Eagle. Didn't feel like I was pushing the last 1/3 of the run because I just wanted to finish. Tried to kick but didn't have anything left in the legs. Had already done my workout in the weight room earlier in the afternoon for both arms and legs. A very strong day overall despite not feeling fast or tough enough yet.
