Notes
This race went nothing like I hoped but did seem to follow suit on pacing that I've been running for 5k's lately. I felt rough from the start and heavy. Didn't feel smooth at all. Was hoping by getting out a little more conservative that I could pick people off the whole race but really got passed mostly instead of doing any passing. A rough race overall despite being a road PR. Barely broke into the top 50. Mile splits on my watch were 4:53, 4:52, 5:04, 5:01, 4:48. Kicked a couple guys down but still never felt good at any point. Rough day out there today.
