Ran on the treadmill this afternoon but felt very smooth and relaxed and the form felt efficient for once. Slowly worked the pace down throughout the run but kept the treadmill flat to lessen any chance of gripping with the arch and the hamstring. Very solid recovery run. Headed downstairs and had some nice 30/30/30s which felt strong. Then did some band drills, form drills, rolled out a bit and some light stretching. Legs were feeling good and hopefully the weather cooperates tomorrow.
