Notes
Was a bit overdressed tonight but just wanted to get a clean-out in while I had time back in Rock Island. Was getting smoked out by the whole city smelling of burning leaves but outside of that it was pretty good. Just stayed very relaxed until the last 600 of the run and then closed hard and did some core-work.
