Ran Four Corners with the team today. A very tough run and a test and gauge for where I'm at. I'm pleased to be able to keep up with Brady, Spain, and Lancaster today, even if I was drastically less comfortable at that pace than I'd like to be currently. Nonetheless, tested myself and managed to keep in contact the whole run. Especially glad after this morning's interval workout in the pool.
