Legs still felt pretty worthless today. To go along with that, I skipped morning run and my laziness/soreness made my plans for a bit more mileage out of the question. Just did my extended cookie run building through. Didn't have the usual gears or pop today I'd like. Splits were 6:33,5:57,5:46,5:17. It's been a rough week outside of Monday and an even rougher month. Need to get back the fire and pop I had a month ago to continue building momentum into November. Cutting a couple pounds wouldn't hurt either.
